The ten best cheeses for paninis

Here are my favourite cheeses for toasted sandwiches:
Oude kaas
Gruyere
Chedder

I love Paninis. I just can’t help it!

My favourite panini consists of Dutch Oude Kaas, Quorn Ham and thinly sliced tomatoes.
